The Help Desk

The Merac help desk provide technical and operational support.

Because the support team are all technicians - not just call takers - you can be confidant that your query will be dealt with in a professional manner and resolved as quickly as possible.

The support line is available during normal office hours - Monday to Friday - 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Support is also available outside these hours by special arrangement.
